Michigan on Monday

So, one of my awesome friends, Sarah, sent me this over the weekend!  Haha.  Fried Chicken Oreos!  Oh goodness!

It turns out that this is just an internet hoax, because you know I googled that mess. We totally were tracking down those babies to test out!

Also, it is almost time to visit Rob’s family in Michigan!  Can I say that marrying someone whose family lives in a place where it is 80 degrees in August is probably one of the smarter things I have ever done?  We look forward to taking advantage of the cool weather, the fun things to do, and seeing sweet family!

Every two years, we have a fun tradition of taking pictures of the grandkids and family together.  Here are the kids from 4 years ago– Presley is just 8 months here!

Oh my goodness.  1915975_408049779271_848038_n

Here they are 2 years ago!  Those faces!!

We even nabbed a family picture that year! DSC_4426web  This year, we have plans to take pictures again, and I can’t wait!  We found the cutest dresses for the girls this time around!photo 1 photo 2

Can’t wait to see how they turn out!! Happy Monday!

  1. Oh goodness! I love the pictures of your kiddos from a few years ago! It’s amazing how much they’ve changed but how much they look the same :). I can’t wait to hear about your wonderful time in Michigan!

  2. My hubby is from michigan too and we are headed to luddington Wednesday! Cannot wait for cooler temps and relaxing with family! Have a safe wonderful trip

  3. Those cookies!!! I threw up in my mouth a little bit when I saw those!! UGH! Glad that’s not for real! Love seeing those pictures of your kiddos! I can’t wait to see those pics with those cute Cici and Ryann dresses!!

  4. I tried fried Oreos at a ballgame recently. They were ok, but I’d rather have them plain with milk. My husband is also from MI. We leave mid August for our trek north. Hoping the bugs aren’t bad! Lastly, I so appreciated your testimony!

I love to hear from you! Leave a comment here! :) XO Narci
