Monday FunDay: Weekend Wrap-up! :)

What a fun weekend!  We had a great time this Halloween!  For some reason, I didn’t get a great picture of the kids this Halloween.  I forgot to snap one before we left the house, and it was all down hill from there.  haha!  They really had an incredible time though!

And, we celebrated with my favorite friends.  Friends that are like family  are the best!  I am so thankful for these girls!IMG_1241

Rob and I sported our matchy-matchy vests.  Erika took this pic and really had us laughing!  haha! 🙂IMG_1245

Jackson and Rob went hunting the next morning, so I loaded the rest of our crew up for Presley’s 9 am soccer game.IMG_1250

Her last game was this weekend, and she has had so much fun!  I am pretty sure that she slept with that trophy.  With 2 big brothers, she has been patiently waiting for her own trophy!

We had a quick lunch and went to Luke’s game!  He played goalie again, and he is really improving!!  I am so proud of him!

And, later that night, these two and I celebrated Opening day of hunting season with steaks and a maragarita (for mama!).  IMG_1276

When we got home, the kids played their favorite game–it involves pushing each other in this stroller at high speeds on concrete.  😉

Then, we took baths and watched the Ole Miss game in mama’s bed.  Oh gosh.  She is so funny!IMG_1299

These two!

Our big boys made it back just in time for church.  Alot of people ask how I keep things running smoothly with 3 kids, work, after school activities, and such.  The truth is that sometimes this happens.

Yes, they all are smiling, but I didn’t realize until 2 hours later that she put her dress on backwards.  Also, I am pretty sure that Luke was hiding a Hot Wheels car in his right pocket.  But, whatever, I got them to Church in 3 whole pieces with no major drama.  I say pick your battles, mamas…. 🙂

We did turn her dress around eventually.  Isn’t it to die for?  I love how the ladies at SweetHoney make beautiful clothes that little girls are drawn to.  I am sure that we will be wearing this dress alot this Fall/Winter!

And, I finished the weekend with a great group of mini-sessions at my favorite bridge.  It has been a hard transition while we move and such…and, I am finally back in my groove!  It has been so good to love on so many of my clients lately!  I am one blessed lady!

Have a great week!  Happy Monday! N

  1. I started to leave the EXACT same comment as Shay! Seriously! That selfie is gorgeous! Let’s hang that above the fireplace in the new house? 😉
