House “Pin”spiration

So, yesterday, we got some great news!  It looks like we will be pouring the foundation on our home in the next few weeks!  So fun! Of course, I have been doing a little Pinterest planning for different areas of the house. I just loved this kitchen.  So pretty and fresh but still cozy and traditional!

I am big fan of contrast anywhere, so seeing the white and grey play off of each other is music to my ears!  Love!

Loving all of these windows!

I love how happy this kitchen is!  We are gaining upon the stage of life where the kids and their friends just “hang out”, so I want it to be inviting and open!

We  already have sliding barn doors in the plans. 🙂

And, Jackson is getting a room remodel!   He will be 12 when we move in, so it is high time for a little more grown up/manly space.  We are starting with a dark blue in this family and have a few other things planned.  You will just have to see the rest in July–it is going to be fabulous! 😉

And, I thought this was such a cute idea for the playroom–my kids are constantly making some kind of artwork, and this is such a fun way to display all of that!

This is going to be so much fun!! Happy Tuesday, y’all!  XOXO Narci

  1. These are great! I LOVE the barn door. I also love the color for Jackson’s room. Last summer while I was pregnant we let my 12 year old stepson choose the paint color for his room. We wanted to give him some autonomy especially as life was so consumed by baby planning, we wanted him to feel special too. Hence we ended up with a room in a shade best described as cookie monster blue! But he loves it so I guess having an electric blue room in our house isn’t the worst thing 🙂

I love to hear from you! Leave a comment here! :) XO Narci
