Weekend Wrap-up: Easter Edition

Hey, y’all!  We had such a fun weekend!

I may have had a second cup of coffee this morning due to all the fun. 🙂

On Friday, this came from SweetHoney!  Oh, girls.  If I could wear this myself, I would.  Flutter lace sleeves for everyone! 😉

After school, we swung by the store to pick up a gift for Luke M‘s birthday.  I just love how my Luke has blossomed into such a reader!  Right now, he is making his way through the Hardy Boys series all on his own!  He has come so far in the past year! 🙂

While Andrea threw the best boy birthday party ever, Presley and I had our nails done.  If you follow me on Instagram, you know that this was much needed. haha! 😉

Saturday morning, I had a senior session!  I wore my Zella live-in leggings.  I really do live in those babies!!

Afterwards, we ran errands and stopped by Starbucks. 🙂 Presley was waiting for her water, but I couldn’t get over how grown up she looked!

Then, we got dressed for our church Easter Egg Hunt!

Bowen was ready to get some eggs!

Jackson stayed with Presley the whole time.  He is SO GOOD with her!

Afterwards, we had pizza with Erika and her family.  These boys are SO silly!

The girls were extra sweet! After dinner, we showed the Slaughter fam how the house was coming along.  So fun!

And, on Easter morning, we waited patiently for the kids to wake up!

These 3 were ready for church on Easter Sunday morning!

And, Robert and I snapped a selfie at lunch.

J. Crew always comes through for me in a pinch. Easter Dress and cardigan: Done and done!

And, after dinner, we roasted Peep marshmallow bunnies.

Happy Monday, y’all!  XOXO Narci

  1. We had a great time with your crew on Saturday night!!! And I learned Presley is gonna b the girl to take with me to karaoke night! Hahaha!

  2. I’m so impressed with Luke’s love of reading! And I’m hoping against all hope that in a year’s time it might be the same with Carter! (But I’m not holding my breath.) 🙂

  3. I really don’t know what my favorite part of your weekend was??? Presley looking so grown up at Starbucks? That cute pic of Bowen? Your kids in their Easter clothes? Roasting Peeps? So much cuteness! Happy Monday!!

  4. I love that you roasted peeps! So fun! My 3 year old {Jack} loves everything about marshmallows…except eating them. He would have had a blast roasting the peeps as long as I didn’t ask him to try one. ha!

  5. I totally thought you were going to end this post with a pic of the roasted peeps. I’m dying to see what those babies look like all toasted up. Guess I’ll have to try that out myself. Love your blog, Courtney in MI

I love to hear from you! Leave a comment here! :) XO Narci
