When I entertain for the Holidays, I love recipes that I can make beforehand! I would much rather enjoy my family than mess with a fussy recipe! This pie is so festive, and the recipe makes TWO pies which is perfect for big family gatherings!
This is a shot from one of my pies last year! However, I am loving the presentation of this one I saw on the internet!
I am thinking you could be super creative with the presentation on this one and make it your own! XOXO
Ingredients:
2 pre-made Oreo cookie pie crusts
1 container Peppermint Ice Cream (I like Dreyer’s Slow churned)
1 16 oz. container Cool Whip
Hot Fudge sauce
Christmas sprinkles
Peppermint Crunch
Directions
Spread Hot Fudge Sauce over bottom of Oreo crusts
Defrost Ice Cream and Cool Whip until they are easily mixed, but not runny.
Mix Peppermint Ice Cream and 8 oz. Cool Whip to your taste.
Pour mixture into pie crusts and freeze overnight.
Sprinkle peppermint crunch, Christmas Sprinkles, and chocolate sauce on top.
When serving, allow to thaw for a few minutes before cutting into the pie.
Happy Wednesday! XOXO N

Hi! I wanted to let you know how much your instagram post yesterday meant to me. I am struggling with secondary infertility. I just found out that my second iui didn’t work and was having a really difficult time. The verse that you shared and your words were so encouraging to myself and my husband. It brought tears to my eyes. Thank you! I love reading your blog. God has used you in my life.
