Just sharing a yummy little dip that is always a crowd pleaser at parties! We brought it to our neighborhood Super Bowl party last night! I serve it as a dip with tortilla chips or as sandwiches on Hawaiian bread rolls. π
Ingredients
- 2 packages (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cans (10 ounces) chunk white chicken, drained
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup ranch salad dressing
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a glass pie pan. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. π
Enjoy! Happy Monday! Xoxo Narci

This sounds awesome. How many small sandwiches would it make?

Good question! I am trying to remember exactly, but I think you can come close to filling two of the bags of Hawaiian Bread rolls. π

I make a similar version of this and use Chicken in a Bisquit crackers for dipping and it is a very yummy combination! π
