Hey, y’all! Today, we are linking up with Andrea for her super fun Show and Tell Tuesdays!
This week’s topic is all about the advice that we’d give our high school self!
And speaking of school, our first day of school was yesterday, and these cuties were excited for a fun day!
Jackson had football that morning and left at 6:15 am, but I am going to remember to take a picture of him leaving today. 🙂
Honestly, I didn’t get into very much trouble in high school, so I thought I’d share the top 3 things that I’d tell my kids when they head to High School instead.
1. Follow God…Isaiah 30:21
Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.”
2. Choose Your Friends Wisely-Surround yourself with people who hold your values. Strength comes in numbers. 🙂 …
Proverbs 13:20
Walk with the wise and become wise,
for a companion of fools suffers harm.
and
Ecclesiastes 4:12
1Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
3. You are beautiful and precious in His eyes. (and in my eyes too ;)) Psalm 139:14
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Thank you for the link up, Andrea!! Happy Tuesday, y’all!! XOXO Narci 🙂
