Hey, y’all!! It’s time for carpool Book Club! Woohoo! Each month, I share the books that are on my nightstand!
These are the books that I read as a busy mama of 3! I read during carpool, at soccer or cheer practice, or in my extra time after the kids go to bed. Here we go!
Room
So, this book was recommended to me by a bunch of my Facebook friends, and everyone that I know just loves it! If you are into darker books, you will LOVE this one. This one wasn’t my favorite though…I cringed the whole way through, because I am a big weenie!
Uninvited
Ijust finished up this book, and it is chalk full of real life applications! You are going to want to check it out. Girl drama and insecurity can be such a drain if you let it rule your life, but this book does a GREAT job of unpacking that topic, and you will be so blessed by it! Check it out!
The Rumor
I just love our girl, Elin, and this book was super juicy and a quick read. A few of the storylines were a little salacious, but overall it was a good read!
Because of Bethlehem
While we were in Michigan, we popped into Barnes and Noble, and I was so struck by this sweet Christmas book. I am a big fan of Max Lucado! I just started it, so I will keep you posted!
And I have these two titles on my nightstand for this coming month!
Confessions of a Shopaholic
The Best of Me
Christmas Magazines
Plus my favorite Christmas magazines stuck in my bag for quick reading throughout my day!
Share your book recommendations in the comments! I would love to hear your suggestions.
Happy Tuesday, y’all!! XOXO Narci 🙂
Love me some Elin Hilderbrand! Her Winter street trilogy is a great read! All about family, holidays and set on Nantucket, what could be better! I highly recommend!!

Wonder by RJ Palacio. This is technically a children’s chapter book, but it is totally a must-read. It has such a good message! Also, The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah is a favorite of mine.
