Hey y’all! A few weeks ago, I had to bring a dessert to a Fall Party…So, Jackson and I pulled together something tasty, but quick and easy! We served these as individual deserts in small hard plastic cups with a spoon.
This recipe is mostly all assembly, so it’s great for when you are in a pinch! Since we were in a rush, I picked up the pumpkin bread from my grocery store bakery but opted for homemade whipped cream! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 loaf pumpkin bread (store bought or homemade works great!)
1 package vanilla pudding, prepared
1 package cream cheese, softened
1 package cool whip or homemade whipped cream
1 tsp cloves, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp allspice, 1 tsp nutmeg
1 package Gingersnap cookies
Directions:
Mix pudding, cream cheese, and spices with hand mixer until mixed thoroughly. Layer Pumpkin Bread, Pudding Mixture, and Whipped Cream twice in a small clear plastic cup. Add a spoon, a Gingersnap cookie on top, and serve. 🙂 Easy Peasy!
Happy Monday, y’all! XOXO N
