Friday Favorites

Hey, y’all!! It’s Friday, and we are hosting Friday Favorites with my girls, Erika and Andrea!  My kids start their Christmas Break TODAY, so if you need us…we will be all in on all of the Christmas fun this weekend!  My favorites are short and sweet this go around, so grab your coffee and let’s go!

On Monday, we announced our Cozy Book Giveaway!

The lucky winner will receive these 4 books, and everyone loved this idea!   I love that you ladies are big readers as well!

And, our big winner is:  Courtney Finley!!  Congratulations!   Please email me for all the details!   Here’s to all the cozy reading time this Winter!  I can’t wait!

We hosted Jackson and his friends on Monday night for a little Christmas Party…and oh what fun they had!  We had chili, cornbread, hot cocoaimg_3701

and all of our favorite Christmas dessert treats from Trader Joes!  Those Chocolate Mint stars will rock your world!  You should definitely check them out!img_3704

We played two games–the first involved half of the boys seeing who could stack the most Little Debbie Christmas trees on their foreheads!img_3697

And, then the second group stacked solo cups one handed in a pyramid.  Oh my gosh, I laughed so hard during both of these games.  Whenever, someone’s cup stack fell…they would sabotage the other guys’ stacks so they would all have to start again.  Too funny.

The winner of each group competed in the finals….we had the boys wear a pedometer for 2 minutes and run around the neighborhood, jog in place, etc…and whoever had the most steps won a $20 gift card to McDonalds!!   These games were a big hit with the kids, so if you have teens I totally recommend them!  I don’t know about you, but I am always looking for fun game ideas!

Also this week? We had our Candy Cane Flashlight Hunt, and it was so fun!

Want to have your own Candy Cane Flashlight Hunt, you can hop over here to see how!

And, finally…we had our life group Christmas party, and oh what fun we had!  I love these ladies so very much!

We played fun games, ate Italian food, and had a great time celebrating the season together!

Happy Friday, friends!   It has been such a sweet Christmas season, and I have loved sharing it with you all!   Since I have been a busy little bee with work this Fall, I will be taking the next two weeks off to be with family as we celebrate and enjoy the down time!  So, Merry Christmas from me and my family to you!  I love you all! XOXO Narci
