To stay active, my friend and I walk around a track across the street from our daughters dance studio…while they are at dance, we walk! It makes it easy when you have a partner. Thanks for the giveaway!

I always read a book (on my phone) while walking outside or on a treadmill. Keeps me going further/longer!

I workout right at school before my teaching day begins. If I put it off until the afternoon, I find an excuse to skip it. For that reason, I also pack my bag of work clothes the night before & sleep in my workout clothes. That way, I can roll right out & head to the gym!

I stay active with my pup-snowshoeing, hiking, walking, etc! But I think the best way to stay healthy is self care! Taking time out of your day to practice what is necessary to keep sane. For me, it’s a bath at the end of a work shift!

To stay healthy, I walk the pups and do yoga. I eat pretty healthy, but have the occasional cookie 🙂

I strive to just move! I encourage as many people as I can to do the same-it doesn’t have to be any intense workout that you aren’t ready for-just move! For me that means walking, Piyo classes and an occasional run!:)
