Hey, Hey, y’all!!  I hope everyone had an awesome weekend!   Today, we are starting our week with a FUN GIVEAWAY!!!  January is the perfect time to start a new fitness or health routine,  so we will be giving out a fun prize to one lucky winner to get them started on their way!

Today, we are giving away (1) new Stella and Dot Camo Gym bag!  I have this bag at home, and I love it!   It has a breathable pocket on the bottom and is perfect for your gym days or for a short trip!  It’s also crazy cute! 🙂

  1. Hi Narci, what a great giveaway! My favorite routing to stay healthy is to drink plenty of water and add in apple cider vinegar, workout 4-5 days/week, pay attention to my diet and take my vitamins daily!

  3. My favorite way to stay healthy is to monitor my steps!! My watch keeps me accountable, and if I don’t have 10,000 by the end of the day, I hop on the treadmill and watch a show! 😉

  4. To stay healthy, I workout almost daily. I eat pretty healthy too! I am working on eating cleaner. Fun workout clothes make it easier to motivate!

  5. Hello! I try to stay healthy by walking as much as possible and getting 10,000 steps daily. Being active with my kiddos and going for walks/pushing the stroller helps with this. We also use essential oils to keep our family healthy. Thank you for the fun giveaway!

  6. Drinking water really seems to help me and I love group fitness classes! Accountability when I go to a class so that I won’t leave part way through the workout😄. Love your blog!

  7. Love this giveaway! One sneaky way I stay healthy is subbing ground turkey for ground beef in some of our meals! 😉 Works best for things like tacos, spaghetti, stuffed peppers, etc where sauces and other ingredients make it harder to tell!

  8. I so need new workout clothes! Thanks for doing a giveaway! My favorite way to stay healthy is by getting up early (5am) and going to the gym. My husband and I go together! I’ve alsj recently cut out refine sugar and my goodness that is helping me feel better! I’d never thought I could do it, but it’s helping!

  10. Awesome giveaway!!! I like to schedule walks with my best friend when we can squeeze it in….walking and talking is so good for the soul and body! I hit the treadmill with music when we can’t make it happen. Trying to increase my water also!!!

  11. Aw, thank you Narci. So sweet. I love water so I drink a lot of water. All day long. I also love avacado and egg white for breakfast. It is very filling. And, aside from walking, I love yoga. It really is so calming and so good for my mind, body and soul. Thank you!

  14. In the last few months due to an autoimmune diagnosis I have ate a very clean diet and incorporated more water. This hasn’t been easy at all. Prayer has played a huge part! I love the bag. I totally need good workout clothes!! That is my next step is to workout, which is scary and intimating to me.

  15. My fav way to stay fit is walking my dog. We both get exercise, we both get fresh air after being inside all day, and it has been a wonderful way to meet our neighbors! Thank you for such a fun give away!!

  16. Love it all! – And your blog!
    My favorite ways to stay healthy are:
    1) 8 plus hours of sleep every night
    2) Everything in moderation, but LOTS of water and very low to no sugar
    3) Walks every day or night with my husband
    4) We stop and smell roses, too
    5) Pray often, seek God’s Blessings, protection, wisdom and guidance, go to Mass at least once a week
    6) Take daily vitamins
    7) Wash my hands like 100 times a day, keep wipes in the car
    8) Try to always be patient, flexible, and have a positive attitude
    10) Take a hot bath every day, sometimes with bath salts, and take 10 deep breaths/exhale when I’m in there. I also read an article once that stated a hot bath is like a workout and it also helps me fall easily asleep 😊

  17. Thank you for doing the give away! My tip is that it is all about balance – allow yourself to indulge a little here and there (chips & salsa yum!!) but make up for Having a healthy meal for your next one. Also lots of water and and least 30 min of physical activity per day!

  19. Hot yoga!!! As a new mama to 2 babies it is my way to stay healthy and get 2 hours of calm time (while my babies sleep so I don’t feel like I’m missing anything!)

  20. I love the camo bag it is so adorable! I have been meeting on my Apple Watch now but first my Fitbit the step goals and try to push myself past the minimum goal given everyday. I can’t say enough about drinking WATER, I try to drink a gallon a day.

  21. I try to walk 5 days a week on the treadmill at night. I am a teacher and work lunch duty supervising the students and walk the whole 25 minutes for a midday boost of energy!

  22. To make sure I drink enough water during the day, I fill up a pitcher in the morning (sometimes add lemon or cucumber) and leave it on the counter so I can see it all day. And it’s the first drink I reach for now instead of a less healthy one.

  23. Water! I have a big Yeti with a straw (straw is the KEY) and I fill it first thing in the morning and then about 5 times throughout the day. It goes everywhere with me, room to room and errand to errand! I also try to make time for myself at least 2 times a week to get to a yoga class. Yoga helps me physically, mentally, and spiritually! 🙂

  24. Hi! My favorite way to stay healthy is everything in moderation and lift weights (both medium and heavy) 4-5 times per week. There is so much research out there that as women age, we lose so much muscle mass which isn’t good because it can lead to osteoporosis and decreased metabolism. I love the athleta tights for my workouts!

  25. Love reading these tips! One of my favorite ways to eat healthy is to meal plan every weekend so I know exactly what we are eating all week. I also love the grilled chicken strips from Trader Joes that are quick and easy to throw on a salad for a healthy lunch!
