As much as I love Guacamole, I have always been so nervous to make it on my own! I was with my girlfriend the other day, and she made THE simplest guacamole, and it was flat-out delicious. I made it to go with my lunch yesterday, and it was perfect! Because it was so good, I am sharing the single serving recipe here with you. You can make as much or as little as you like. Don’t we all need to be guacamole experts? I think so!
Simple Guacamole (single serving)
Ingredients:
1 avocado
1/2 lime
Garlic Salt
Cut the avocado in half. Remove seed. Score the inside of the avocado with a blunt knife and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Place in a bowl.
Mash with a fork: Using a fork, roughly mash the avocado. (Don’t overdo it! The guacamole should be a little chunky.)
Squeeze half a lime over the mashed avocado, then sprinkle garlic salt on top of this
Enjoy!

That does sound easy and delicous! I make guac similarly, but I add some of the fresh salsa (more like pico de gallo) from the produce section in the grocery store. It is a tasty addition. Have a super day!

The guac recipe sounds perfect! I have issues with most guacamole recipes because they always include red onion, and red onions and I do NOT get along! 😉 Will definitely be trying this recipe!
