How we Fall

Hey, y’all!!  Today, I am linking up with Shay and Erika for their fun monthly link-up “How We” Wednesdays!

How We

Each month, we share all about how we handle different areas of our life.  I am excited to dive into these different topics!

How We schedule

Truth be told: I am a busy girl….I have three precious kiddos, their commitments, a photography business, this blog, a fun Stella and Dot gig, and much more.   I can’t wait to share what’s worked for our little family and read about your awesome tips, too.   My best ideas always come from my friends, so I am excited to hear what you have to say as well!

Today’s topic is all about how we Fall!  Let the Fall fun begin….I love this time of the year!

Cozy Foods

I always use these awesome cookbooks for all my favorite slow cooker and cozy meals!

Shay always has the absolute best recipes, and these cookbooks are a total lifesaver for me!

 Fall Decor

I will be sharing my Fall Home Tour next week, and a festive house always gets me in the mood for Fall Fun!

Homecoming

When I think of Fall, I think of one of my very favorite loves: high school football…and especially Homecoming!  Last year, was our very first year to experience this as parents and we loved every second of it!

The mums are loud and proud and more Texan than you could ever imagine.  Sign me up for all of it.  I am a fan!

Fun Fall Activities

We also make sure we schedule in lots of fun Fall activities as the weather cools off! As our kids get older, we are trading in the pumpkin patches for more age appropriate Fall fun.  Regardless, we still looooove the dressing up for Halloween!

and our annual Fall Harvest party with friends!

and we always love to visit Big Tex at the Texas State Fair!  What fun!

And, of course, the midway prizes are always a big favorite for these two!

How do you Fall?  I am always looking for more ideas! Thank you so much for the fun link up, girls!! Happy Wednesday, y’all!! XOXO Narci

  1. I live in the PNW so mums are something so foreign to me. Hahaha! We get in a lot of football in the fall too. I am so ready for all the fall fun to start!

  2. It is sad that as the kids grow older you can’t do things like pumpkin patches anymore. This year we are headed to the Southlake Oktoberfest and I can’t wait!

  3. So fun. I would love a Texas football season. Fun!
I will never give up the pumpkin patch, Santa or the Easter Bunny, or any other traditions. Ha! My girl is almost 13 and I will be bringing her (& sometimes dragging her, haha), to all the things…forever! She has no choice since I am not giving up the fun & traditions during any season! But, my girl does still have fun with me and all our traditions, for the most part! 🙂
