Tuesday Talk

Hey, y’all! Today, I am linking up with the sweetest girls, Ashley and Erika, for their fun link-up “Tuesday Talk!”

Each month, we link up and discuss a different topic, and I love getting help and ideas from you all!

This month, I am talking about my favorite Bible studies. 🙂

I am going to share what I’ve read or studied recently and what I am looking forward to in the future! I am hoping y’all will leave your favorite encouraging reads or Bible studies in the comments. 🙂

So, one of my amazing readers suggested that I read this book, and can I say that it has been amazing?

I feel like the subtitle is a little misleading…destiny can mean so many things…but Tony Evans is so good at leading you through this subject! I loved it! Rob and I are reading one chapter a day and are really enjoying it so far!

Also, I read this book years ago but I decided to pick it up again.  It’s one of those that I have found myself referencing so many times over the past few years, and it has blessed me so many times since picking it back up!

Another good read, lately? I read this book a few months back, and I am actually tempted to make my way back through this one as well! This one speaks on anxiety and is so good!

On the horizon, I am SO interested to read Lysa Terkeust’s new book that is being released next month!

I don’t preorder books very often, but I went ahead for this one.

Do you have a Bible Study or encouraging read that you can recommend?  I would love hear about it!  Leave your recommendations in the comments!

Thank you so much for the fun link up, girls! Happy Tuesday, friends! XOXO Narci

  1. I’m always on the look out for a good Bible Study or Christian book-I read Fervent and Max Lucado’s book and we’re fans of both!

  2. HIGHLY suggest The Armor of God by Priscilla S. And The Rest of God by Buchanan (this is a book)….So so so good. Also, Soul Keeping (a book) outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. I love the Jen Wilkin book called Women of the Word. It teaches you how to study the scripture on your own. I was always intimidated by that and would just rely on devotionals. There isn’t anything wrong with devotionals and I still love them, but it is amazing learning how to really study on your own and see what God has to speak to you right from the scripture.

  4. Hi Narci, thank you for recommending Max Lucado’s book “Anxious For Nothing”. I was flicking through my Bible app looking for a devotional series and the book came up as a short devotional. It’s very good! Praying for you and your lovely family x

  5. I used this devotional about a year ago and loved it: Stronger – Bible Study Book: Finding Hope in Fragile Places
Thomas, Angela. It was one of the best that I have ever done.

I love to hear from you! Leave a comment here! :) XO Narci
