Happy Monday!! I don’t know about you, but I am SOOOO happy!! I mean, so happy!! We have officially made it to the most wonderful time of the year. 🙂 Today, I am sharing part 1 of my Christmas tour…our family room, dining room, and kitchen nook all decked out for Christmas. This year, I was wanting a little change so I dialed back the Christmas decor just a bit and went for an airier look. 🙂 Less is more for the Dreffs this Christmas, and I love it!
Come on in. 🙂
I bought this oversized garland when we moved in…it was a splurge piece that I knew would stand throughout the years…and it has not disappointed. 🙂
The mantle garland coordinates too. One of these years, I will think ahead to have our stockings personalized. I just never think about it until I pull them out to hang for the season. 😉
More family space
and our tree!
It’s a cozy space, and I love spending our extra family time here. 🙂
This sweet Santa makes me so happy!
and twinkle lights for the win!
Our kitchen nook is where we eat most of our meals. 🙂 We have a farmhouse table in here so it seats all of us comfortably. 🙂 We tend to host a lot of meals with big groups: whether it’s the kids’ friends, family friends, church groups, or such. So, this room needs to be festive but easy to maneuver around for lots of people!
We bought these shelves from our neighbors’ daughter who handmade them a few years ago! She was trying to earn some extra money, and I love that they are such a special part of our home. :). These wreaths were the perfect addition in here!
And our coffee and cocoa bar is one my favorite places in the house. 🙂
Our coffee, cocoa, and cider kcups are stored in the cannisters and boxes here. 🙂
And, finally, here’s the dining room!
In the years past, we’ve gone for a more traditional Christmas look in this room, but I was wanting something more light and airy this year. 🙂
This flocked garland was perfect with some of our favorite Christmas Trees
and a few Christmas pillows to finish it all off. 🙂
I love this space.
Coming up for next time: the kitchen, my office, and the powder bathroom. I can’t wait to share more with you! 🙂
Happy Monday, friends! XOXO Narci
