Let’s Look

Hey, y’all!!  Today, I am linking up with Shay and Erika for their fun monthly link-up “Let’s Look” Wednesdays!

Each month, we will be “looking” at different areas of our lives.  I don’t know about you, but I love taking a peek into other people’s worlds. 🙂

Today, we are looking at our pantry!  If you are new here, this is a quick look at our kitchen!

Our pantry is in the corner of the kitchen between the refrigerator and ovens. 🙂

Here we go!

I have to tell you that there’s nothing fancy about the way that I organize my pantry.  I used to have a very pretty system when my kids were little with baskets and such.  Now, my kids are at the age where they just eat ALOT, so a ton of fancy bins and containers just aren’t practical anymore.  We don’t keep food around here long enough to warrant all that. haha!

I shop at Costco for easy snacks and put them down here

 Jackson is trying to bulk up to get bigger for football which explains all of the mac and cheese and ramen.  He has braces, so his choices are limited on foods that are easy for him to eat and snack on!

Lots of cereal and bananas….

and Costco sized brownie mixes, pancake mixes, and oatmeal…I’m over here trying to keep people FULL y’all. haha!

That bottom shelf is hot cocoa Keurig pods, paper plates, foil, Saran Wrap, and baggies. 🙂

The floor is where the dog food, water jugs, and extra boxes of snacks and protein bars go!

Simple, right?  The only requirement from my kids is that I keep this place full, so it’s serving it’s purpose, I suppose! 😉

  2. Oh I hear you on just trying to keep them full… I think that’s nearly impossible though (my three boys are aged 11-15 and eat like crazy!).


  3. My high school boy tried to bulk up for football as well the last couple years! One of the best things we found were milkshakes with a scoop or two of Advocare muscle gain powder.
