Happy Monday! These kinds of Easter weekends are my absolute favorite. Just sweet and easy! First things first, I finished up some work on Friday, and then we ran all the errands!
Afterward, we went to our church’s Good Friday walk through. Luke had a birthday party to head to, so I walked the kids through and then met Rob back at church to help. 🙂
On Saturday morning, I went to two different sessions, stopped by the house to prep some things for Easter lunch, and then we went to the Easter Egg Hunt at our church. So fun!
Our five. 🙂
And, I was able to hang with some of my very favorite ladies! I just adore them so very much!
We decided to head to the service right after the Egg Hunt, and these two girls were looking extra sweet with their face paint!
Since we went to church the night before, we were able to start our Easter morning slowly. I made our Simple Breakfast Casserole while the kids checked out their Easter Baskets. 🙂
And we watched church online while we got ready for Easter Lunch and our guests!
I made my first ham, a baked potato casserole, and strawberry shortcake trifle! On top of that, friends brought ham sandwiches, green bean and bacon bundles, deviled eggs, grape salad, jalapeno creamed corn, rolls, mac and cheese, banana pudding, a bundt cake, cookies, and more. We don’t ever go hungry around here. hahaha!
These girls were ready for the egg hunt with their game faces!
It was such a fun time! We really did have a blast! I am so thankful to be able to do this on Easter! It was a blast!
We cleaned up after lunch and collapsed in bed for a cozy movie. It was the perfect way to end the weekend!
and, of course, a bowl of cereal because: yes ma’am!
It was a great weekend! See you back here tomorrow, y’all! XOXO N
