A Look Back

Hey, hey!  Happy October from my house to yours!  We are over here trying to decide on Halloween costumes, and I thought it might be fun to share some of the sweet costumes that we have had over the years.

All of my early pictures of Jackson as a baby are stored in albums (hello, pre-digital camera age!), so we will start with this total sweetness.

I’d be Lion if I didn’t say that these two weren’t the cutest things ever on this particular year

The next year, we had a few costumes, and I am laughing at Jackson’s pirate face.  So cute!img_3980

Presley made her debut a few short weeks after this!

Oh my stars, I can’t handle that little bear!

Jackson–Boba Fett (Star Wars) Luke–Stinky Skunk 😉   Jackson was 6.5 here!   What a cutie!

We’ve always been a fan of anything festive…these two boys would totally agree.

Presley made her debut and we couldn’t help but make a quick trip to the pumpkin patch.

It’s also a shame that I’ve never had fun dressing up a girl. haha.  This angel tutu would say otherwise. I stayed up quite late crafting this number!

The next year, we had one swat team member, a pirate, and Ariel.  The red wig is amazing.

We’ve done every kind of sports themed costume

and Rob and I love to coordinate with the kids.  This was the year that Rob and Presley went as Cleopatra and Mark Antony.

And, speaking of Rob and I… this wasn’t Halloween, but this was a fun an easy costume.  We went as East Dillon Panthers!  So fun!

Rob was living his best life last Halloween.  We recreated this iconic picture as a Sailor and a nurse! So fun!

We’ve been Justice League members

and one year, the boys went as their favorite soccer players.  (Rob went as Luke ;))

So many sweet memories!  Right now, we don’t have one thing planned for this year, but I’m hoping that will change this week! If you have any ideas, let me know! Happy Tuesday, friends!

  1. Great costumes! My boys are all about the athletes for Halloween. They have figured out that they can get a new jersey/soccer kit if they decide to be that athlete for Halloween. It’s pretty smart and I know they’ll wear their Halloween costumes all year long. Have a super day!

I love to hear from you! Leave a comment here! :) XO Narci
