Tuesday Talk: Bible Studies

Hey, y’all! Today, I am linking up with the sweetest girls, Ashley and Erika, for their fun link-up “Tuesday Talk!”

Today, I am sharing which Bible Studies I am looking at next 🙂 These are the ones that I’d like to do once I wrap up what I am currently working on! 🙂 This year, I had a deep conviction to read through the Bible on my own.  So, I am working in Matthew and Proverbs currently.  I think I will pick up one of these studies to add in the mix when I am finished.  I know that some of you girls are always looking for a great study, so I thought I’d share which ones are next.

Oh, Lysa….I really think she has an amazing way of speaking straight to the heart?  Does anyone else think that?  I am so excited to try this one!

Finding God Faithful

I’ve never done a Kelly Minter study, but I am super intrigued by this one! Who doesn’t want to find God Faithful? I know I do, so I am super interested in this study.

Everyday Theology

Okay, again, I am super intrigued by this title?  Digging deeper into God’s word has been on my heart this year, so this one is on my list too!

What studies have I done?  Here are a few. Again, I know there are more, but these are my favorites:

  • Esther: It’s Tough Being a Woman. …
  • Children of the Day. …
  • So Long, Insecurity
  • James: Mercy Triumphs.
  • Daniel
  • A Woman’s Heart
  • Breaking Free
  • David,Seeking a Heart Like His
  • Finding I am
  • Uniinvited
  • It’s Not Supposed to be this Way
  • The Best Yes
  • Becoming More
  • Fervent
  • The Armor of God
  • Discerning the Voice of God

Do you have a recommendation for a study?  I would love to hear it.  Thanks for the link-up ladies! Happy Tuesday! XOXO Narci

  1. That Esther study was one of my FAVORITES! I’m working my way through Discerning the Voice of God right now and I’ve done the Kelly Minter study on Ruth but not her latest. So many great studies, so little time! I used to go to Half Price Books and stock up on bible studies at super discounted prices but a study like this isn’t something you can read in two days. Needless to say, my stockpile got REAL big, real quick.

  2. I only have two days left of homework and the last video of Trustworthy. It was really good. I’ve done several of Kelly Minter’s and will start Finding God Faithful in March. It’s free signing up at Lifeway. I’m sure you know that. I agree with my niece, Erika. Esther was so good and as well as Discerning she is doing right now. All of Priscilla’s are great. So many wise and discerning women out there that can teach us so much.

  3. Try a Jen Wilkin study. I’ve done the Sermon on the Mount and God of Creation studies and loved them. Her studies made me work a little harder mentally and the teaching in the videos/audios was amazing!

  4. I am currently reading through the Bible in Chronological order (my 9th year in a row to do it yearly- highly suggest) and a Jen Wilkin Bible study called Hebrews. It’s so good. I’m learning a ton.

  5. How do you do your studies? Do you just go through the study book or also use videos?
I am new to this and it seems a little overwhelming.

  6. Have you read Jen Wilkin’s book, Women of the Word? It is a great resource on how to study the Bible. Also, I have fallen in love with Well-Watered Women recently and they have some great tools on how to study the Bible.

I love to hear from you! Leave a comment here! :) XO Narci
