Happy Wednesday, y’all! Today, I am sharing a book that I received for Christmas. One of my goals for 2020 is to stretch myself in the cooking . I’ve always felt a little deficient in this area, so here I am trying to grow!
Just by chance, I received this cookbook and I absolutely fell in love with the recipes. It all looks so good! So, I am going to be trying 1 recipe from this book each week in hopes that I can build up my repertoire of recipes
It’s pretty right?
There are so many great recipes that I wanted to try, but this one is the one that we are having for dinner tonight! I’ll be sharing it over in my stories this afternoon when I make it!
I thought it would be fun to make these muffins for dessert too! Yummy!
Again, if you want to see the finished product, check my IG stories later! 🙂 I hope you have fun coming along on this little culinary ride. 🙂 I am excited!
Happy Wednesday, friends!

I saw the pearl onions and it reminded me-my mom would make veggie soup and there would be just a couple pearl onions in the mix. I loved them but keep in mind there were just a couple. Fast forward years later, I tried to make them as a side as a new married wife. Ugh. They were so not good solo warmed on the stove. What was I thinking?!

Stew looks delicious! But isn’t it roux and not rue (in the recipe)?
