Happy Monday, friends! I hope you had an amazing weekend. Mine was so good and so full and, well, a little off at the same time, to be honest. Rob woke up on Friday morning with some sharp pain in his back/shortness of breath that pretty much took him out for the weekend. We are still waiting on the test results for that so we can rule out all of the serious stuff, but this weekend was all about being flexible for me and my family and it ended up being pretty sweet, regardless. 🙂
This weekend was about chubby baby legs. I’m still able to sneak in a session here and there, and I am so thankful for this.
This picture makes me laugh. Welcome to my brain and my office last week. I am just going to say that working on a gala and a womens conference while also trying to work and raise and a family is not for the faint of heart. haha!
Friday, I drove this girl out to the math olympics, and I was so proud of her hard work. In the past, she has struggled with school but here we are at a math competition, and I am so thankful for how far she has come!
Also fun….our women’s conference. Since i was flying solo with the kids this weekend, I only had the chance to listen to the first speaker and the worship but oh what a blessing this was! It was so sweet to see this come to fruition. I was so challenged by this day!
The rest of my weekend? I got to watch this girl do her thing. She’s captain of her volleyball team, and they did quite well for playing up a division and it being their first tourney.
Third place and lots of promise ahead for these girls!
I left volleyball for a few hours to take this guy to soccer, and he killed it also.
After soccer snuggle session happening here, and I am not mad about it. Happy Monday, friends! I hope you have a fantastic day!
