What’s Been Going On!

Happy Monday, friends!  I hope that you are doing well today.   What’s been going on?

These days are full of memes that make me laugh.

A sweet silver lining….a few social distance senior sessions.  Usually, there is a big rush for senior sessions in April, so I was happy to love on some sweet seniors from afar that are long time clients of mine.

Look at his jump!!

And this senior.  I love her and her entire family so much.

Isn’t she darling?

Thank heavens, I use a big zoom lens.  Small mercies. haha!

She’s just adorable and heading to OU next year.  Cute as pie.

Also fun?  We are starting to move into the direction of building a sweet house in the country.

While we wait for our house to sell, we are busy looking at plans and costing out construction, and working out timelines.  All of this is right up our alley, so I am pumped to do this with our family!

I have to say: my favorite part of selling our home…the house is almost always clean.  haha!  Gotta look on the bright side, right? 😉

These days have been for lots of outside time with all the pretty weather!

And Sunday naps because it just feels that good.

On a podcast that I watched this week, they talked about this show and how GOOD it was so I tuned in to the first episode over the weekend.  Have you watched Little Fires Everywhere?

I loved it until one of the very last scenes….at the very last minute, it became R-rated (ugh!)…I am going to give it another try though, because it was so good!

And I picked up these two books for some reading.  I have heard fantastic things about them both, so I am excited to dig in!

Happy Monday, friends!  I will see you back here on Wednesday! Much love! XOXO Narci

  1. I watched it and felt it was just ok. I feel like Reese Witherspoon keeps playing the same character. I also found Kerry Washington’s character to be irritating. I would pass.

  2. I am in love with that country home sketch! Can’t wait to follow the progress. Did you settle on land? Was it a hard decision to move away from friends, church, etc. Hopefully you’re not going too far! Love your blog (this might be my first time commenting!). 🙂

I love to hear from you! Leave a comment here! :) XO Narci
