Happy Friday, friends! I hope you are having an amazing day. Today, I am sharing a quick tour of our main areas and how we’ve decorated. Come on in!
Hello, Pumpkin! 🙂
The kitchen is one of my favorite spaces, and I like to keep it pretty clutter free for the most part. 🙂
But a few little fun Fall pieces break up the big island really nicely.
The great thing about going from 3800 sq ft to 2300 sq ft is that you have Holiday decor for days. I only bought a few things from the Target dollar section so that was nice! I also learned that I have a fake pumpkin problem when packing up our old house. 🙂
I love a pretty candle with some pumpkins on a cake plate. 🙂
This bench spearates the living room and kitchen 🙂
Just a few pumpkins here and there 🙂
and the main space is looking extra cozy!
Dsecorating the mantle with a TV is something new forme at this house, so I tried to soften it a bit with some foliage 🙂
I am still getting used to the open shelving to the right of the fireplace but added a few touches there as well.
Right now, I am into all the cozy sweater knits like these pillows from Walmart, the ones on the white chairs from Target, and this chenille blanket.
Our mud area has a sweet little pumpkin also
and my desk is looking pretty festive as well.
Ah, the front porch! This is what my country home dreams were made of before we moved in. We had all of these things prior except the cute black sign which fell down before I took this picture, haha!) and of course the pumpkins. I love the way it turned out!
This plaid blanket scarf belonged to Manda, so it is the perfect way to remember her in one of my very favorite places!
There’s that sign. I grabbed that at Target!
And all the pumpkins 🙂
There we go! A sneak peek into our new home decorated for Fall. :). We had some of Presley’s girlfriends over for a sleepover yesterday (she had a half day!) and one of them said “it’s just like a cottage!”, and I really don’t think she could have given a sweeter compliment. So, thanks for visiting our “cottage”..we hope it feels cozy, comfortable enough to want to stay a while, and like home.
See you back here on Monday for more fun! Much love, Narci
