CrockPot Beef & Broccoli

HAPPY FRIDAY, my friends! I don’t know about you, but this week has just flown by for us. It’s work and sports and church and all the things as schedules fill up.  So, I have you heard you loud and clear, and I am working on adding back all of my recipes!   If there is one that you love, please do leave it in the comments, so I make sure to not miss it.  Can I tell you that I am so honored to know that you are making these recipes in your own home?  So, so awesome!

So, here is my favorite Crockpot Beef and Broccoli! Your family will love it! XOXO Narci


  • 2 lb sirloin steak, or boneless beef chuck roast, sliced thin
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • white rice, cooked, for serving


  1. In the insert of the crockpot, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and brown sugar.
  2. Place slices of beef in the liquid and toss to coat.
  3. Cover with lid and cook on low heat for 4 hours.
  4. After 4 hours, whisk together cornstarch and water in small bowl. Pour into crock pot, add the broccoli and gently stir to combine.
  5. Cover with lid and cook 30 minutes to cook broccoli and thicken sauce.
  6. Serve with warm white rice.
  7. Enjoy!
